The Region of Southern Denmark is one of the places with the greatest labor shortage. Eva Mærsk, a researcher into young people and migration, has striking messages for businesses and municipalities if they want to ensure that young people want to settle and work in companies.

Lecturer and expert in settlement and relocation among young people and runs the company Uddannelse & Sted. PhD: at the University of Southern Denmark and Groningen in the Netherlands in youth and relocation. Researcher at NordRegio.
